At Glen Park, we go above and beyond to make sure residents and their families feel right at home. We've been family-owned and family-operated since 1990, and we're confident enough in the experience we provide to stand behind it.

     If, within the first 30 days after move-in, you decide Glen Park isn't the right fit, simply give written notice to the Executive Director and we'll refund 100% of your rent for that period. No explanation needed. Choosing a community for someone you love is one of the hardest decisions a family makes — your peace of mind comes first.

 

How it works:

• Available to new residents, beginning on the move-in date.

• You have the full 30 days to decide.

• Submit written notice to the Executive Director on or before day 30.

• We refund 100% of rent for the first 30 days.

• The guarantee covers rent; the community fee and care service charges are not included.

• Full terms are set out in your admission agreement.
