Sign-On Bonuses

We welcome new team members with competitive sign-on incentives:

  • Full-Time Employees: $1,000 sign-on bonus

  • Part-Time Employees: $500 sign-on bonus

Eligibility & Coverage:

  • Available to full-time employees working 30+ hours per week

  • Coverage includes spouse/domestic partner and children up to age 26

  • Employer-funded contributions

  • Vesting begins after 2 years, fully vested after 6 years

  • $20,000 life insurance coverage

All services are completely confidential and available to employees and their families.

Paid Time Off & Leave

We offer paid time off to help you rest and recharge:

  • 1 year: 40 hours (5 days)

  • 4 years: 80 hours (10 days)

  • Leadership team: Enhanced PTO after 1 year

  • Paid sick leave and paid holidays, including major holidays

Bonus & Incentive Programs

We recognize and reward your contributions through multiple bonus opportunities:

  • Employee Referral Bonus: $150 per successful hire

  • Resident Referral Bonus: $300 per new resident

  • Tour-to-Move-In Bonus: $150 per qualified move-in

  • Mentorship Bonus: $150 for training new hires
